Fragmentation Bomb Blankets
BOMB BLANKETS are effective against most pipe bombs, hand grenade fragments and most fragmentation caused by pressure or electrical explosion. These blankets are constructed with a combination of layers of aramid ballistic fabric sewn together in a pattern to produce maximum strength then sewn into a YELLOW acid and water-repellent outershell.

Heavy-duty nylon web loop on the corners are standard, plus extra loops on long sides, plus a circular cinching loop of webbing on the underside to pull the blanket around suspect objects.
Tested with a 17 grain, .22 caliber simulator for a ballistic V-50 of 2,250 fps (685 mps). |
